All deeds transferred
in the Goldview Farms Phase I Subdivision will contain
the following restrictions:
- All side setback lines to be a minimum
of twenty-five (25) feet.
- All outbuildings will be located behind
the home and built to match the exterior of the main structure.
- All wells to be covered with rock domes
and tank to well under house or in outside building.
- All outside buildings to be approved by
developer.
- No trees to be cut down on property lines
unless previously approved.
- No moto-tracks.
- No shooting ranges.
- All houses to have a minimum of 1800 square
feet heated.
- All shingles on houses to be arch shingles.
- No hogs, goats, cows, or any other livestock.
- No more than two (2) horses per acre.
- Only one (1) dwelling per lot with except
of quarters
attched to barn.
- All driveways to house to be concrete
or brick.
- All fences to be 3-4 board fencing painted
black.
- No mobile homes or any home brought in
on wheels.
- All foundation to be brick.
- All exterior walls will be brick, vinyl,
wood, or hardi-plank.
- No junked cars.
- No lot may be subdivided except with approval
of developer
